You may need even less exercise than you think, in order to lose weight

You may need even less exercise (interval training) than you think, in order to lose weight. Michael Mosley M.D. has written a book suggesting 2 – 20 second intervals, 3 times a week, may provide significant health benfits for conditioning and weight loss. He calls it HIT or High Intensity Training, and his book is called FastExercise. The great thing about a 20 second interval, is that you don’t get the “I want to quit now” feeling, because it’s over so quickly. I like a Gazelle or an Elliptical for High Intensity Training, as you work out both upper and lower body.
