An advantage of HIT or High Intensity Training for weight loss, is that you are only exercising for 20 seconds, so the “I don’t want to do this anymore” signal from your brain doesn’t kick in. Studies have shown that HIT can decrease your insulin level and increase your Vo2, both of which are good for weight loss and general health.
