What I like and what I don’t like – for weight loss

I like Costco and Sam’s Club for cheap, portion controlled dead animal. 20 – 6 ounce, 330 calorie frozen ground sirloin burgers are about $20, etc. I like McDonald’s for cheap portion controlled dead animal. You can live on Double Quarter Pounders (no cheese, no buns). I like thinking in terms of pounds of food a day – 1 pound of dead animal, 2 pounds of fruit, 3 pounds of low carb veggies. I don’t like the insane notion that patients can freely feed on protein and fat. I don’t like cheating and binging on carbohydrates, once it starts in a month or two on most low carb diets. I don’t like cheese, way too many calories, way too fast. I don’t like nuts, way too many calories and way too many carbs, way too fast. I don’t like flour products. I don’t like dairy products.
