If you are still starving, you can go up to 2 pounds of meat a day. If you absolutely, positively can’t stay on a low carb diet without cheating on sweets and starches, add up to 2 pounds of fruit a day. All of your fruit must be eaten in one sitting, to minimize insulin spikes and feeding frenzy.
