This strategy is good for losing about a pound a week. (1) Only bread allowed is in sandwiches (no rolls, toast, bagels, etc.). Pitch the top slice of bread. All sandwiches must be eaten open face. (2) Only fruit allowed is grapefruit, pineapple, melon and berries. No apples, oranges, bananas, etc. (3) Only dead animal is chicken and fish. No dead cow or pig. (4) Diet dressing on all salads. Eat a salad with lunch and dinner. (5) No nuts or cheese. (6) No sugar. Artificial sweeteners are you friend.
