Vegetables are vastly over rated – and do not protect against colon cancer

My Fast Food Diet is healthy, even though it’s low in vegetables. Vegetables are vastly over-rated, as is fiber.
There’s no magic in vegetables. Native American inuits (eskimos) used to live their entire lives almost entirely
without vegetables. Inuits thought that vegetables were not good food for humans. In fact, the only vegetable that
the traditional inuits ate, and only occassionally, was the root on the knotweed plant, and only when they were
starving. On the traditional inuit diet, there was almost no cancer, and very little heart disease, on a diet without
vegetables -basically the inuit diet was just protein and fat diet, just like my Fast Food Diet. On the Fast Food
Diet, if you are doing the McDonald’s version for example. You are eating (up to) 4 Double Quarter Pounders
with Cheese a day. The only vegetables you are eating are the onions on the cheeseburgers, and optional lettuce,
if you ask McDonald’s to put a little lettuce on your cheeseburgers, when you order then without buns. You’ll be
fine without vegetables. When it was studied, vegetables and fiber are not protective against colon cancer.
Vegetables and fiber are good for constipation, but with the relatively high fat content of the Fast Food Diet,
constipation is generally not a problem.
