Here’s my Fast Food Diet in a nutshell. Go to any fast food restaurant you like – McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Arby’s,
Burger King, Subway, etc. Limit yourself to 6-8 quarter pound hamburgers, or 6-8 grilled chicken sandwiches,
or 6-8 grilled chicken salads with diet dressing, or 6-8 regular roast beef sandwiches, or 6-8 small chiles a day.
The less you eat, the faster you will lose weight, so you don’t have to eat 8 Double Quarter Pounders with
Cheese a day, but you can. Ketchup, mustard, cheese, mayo, lettuce, onions and pickles are fine. NO buns. All
the Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi you can drink. Nothing else. NO cheating. You’ll do better if you stick to one
menu item a day. For example, if you are having Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese, eat just (up to 6-8)
Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese all day. The diet averages 1500 calories a day. Average weight loss is 3-
5 pounds a week. You’ll do better eating burgers than salads, because you’ll be less hungry and have fewer
cravings, because burgers are higher in fat. Make sure you drink at least a gallon of water or non-caloric fluid
every day. Drinking your weight in ounces is better. If you weigh 150 pounds, drink 150 ounces of water a day.
