If you are ever not losing weight quickly enough, and you should weight yourself every day so you can watch the
scale plummeting, make sure you are eating biologically zero carbohydrates and keeping your calories under
1000. It’s impossible to lose weight too quickly. The faster you lose weight, the better you feel, and trhe better
you feel about yourself. Quick weight loss is terrific. You don’t learn anything with slow weight loss. You just
prolong the agony. You don’t learn new eating habits. You will still like Twinkies after slow weight loss. So, if
you are ever not losing weight as fast as you want to be dumping, live on just dead animule, and eliminate all
sugarless gum, sugar-free candy, veggies, Diet Snapple (about 4 grams of carb per bottle), Equal and
SweetNLow (1 gram of carb per packet.), etc. Keep you calories as low as possible. Most patients can pretty
easily get by on 1000 calories a day, some can get their calories down to 500. The less you eat, the faster you
lose. And the less carbohydrate you eat, the faster you lose too.
