If you want to lose weight as quickly as possible, don’t eat any vegetables. Live on just dead animule, once, twice or three times a day. Keep your total protein iontake under 2 pounds a day (1 pound a day is better), and you’ll do fine. If you are having trouble with sweet or starch cravings, or excess hunger – increase you fat intake. Cut your protein portion in half, and add 2 tablespoons to olive oil to each feeding. Make sure you drink at least 2 bouillon cubes (beef, chicken or vegetable) in water a day. Make sure you drink at least a gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid a day.
