The easy way to lose weight after Easter

fGetting back on track after Easter is easier than you think. Follow my 3 rules. (1) Throw out the Easter candy, cakes, cookies, etc. You know what it tastes like. You ate way too much already. If it’s in the house, like booze for an alcoholic, you are eventually going to eat it. Get it all out of there. (2) Try not to eat anything for a day or two. Make sure you drink at least a gallon of water or non-caloric fluid every day. Not eating for day or two, gives your body a chance to recover from all the Easter damage you did. (3) If you are going to eat, eat just protein. If it can’t Walk, Swim or Fly – don’t put it in your mouth. Follow my rules and you’ll be down 5 pounds by the end of the week.
