You already know if you should eat once, twice, three, four to six times a day. Eating patterns are highly individual. I eat once a day, late, usually at 8 or 9pm or later. The worst thing I can do, is to eat before then. I eat one giant meal a day, and I’m fine. I’m not hungry all day, my energy is fine, I have no signficant sweet or starch cravings – eating one giant late meal a day. You may or may not be different. The bottom line is that you already know how many meals a day is best for you, and you know how big or small each meal should be for you to feel and be at your best. Don’t let anyone tell you, you have to eat breakfast. Or you have to eat 4-6 small meals a day. Or eating one meal a day causes weight gain. Meal timing and frequency is highly individual. Calories are handled exactly the same way, no matter how often or what time you eat them. You’ll feel best, eating to your own inner drummer.
