TV Dinners are a terrific way to diet. Just don’t eat the carb. Go to Costco or Sam’s Club or Meijers or where ever, and pick up Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, Healthy Steamers, PF Chang, etc. The frozen food TV Dinner aisles go on forever. The average Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice is 200-300 calories. Usually 80% of these calories come from carbohydrate – noodles, rice, pasta, dressing, etc. Don’t eat the carb, and you can eat 2-3 Lean Cuisines and count it as the same 200-300 calories. Live on TV Dinners for a week. Limit your total calories to about 1000 a day. You’ll lose 3-5 pounds every week.
