My favorite, best and simplest way to lose weight is to limit yourself to 1000 calories a day of protein and fat. The easiest way to do with is with fast food. McDonald’s has made this incredibly easy for you. A Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, without the bun, is about 500 calories. An Angus Bacon and Cheese, without the bun, is about 500 calories. Eat one burger (don’t eat the bun) for lunch and one for dinner. Or eat both for dinner. That’s it. Suck on sugar-free Jols and Licorette throughout the day, if you’re hungry. Most patients lose at least 3-5 pounds every week on this program. I can’t make it any easier for you.
