The best weight loss is on dead animals only. Anything you like, that can Walk, Run, Swim or Fly. The second best weight loss is on dead animals and 5% vegies, any vegetable you like, except peas, potatoes and corn. The third best weight loss is on dead animals, vegies and fruit – the fruit eaten just once a day, and no more than one pound per day. Vegetables and especially fruit slow down or kill weight loss, because the additional carbohydrate calories cause additional fat storage. Half of losing weight is a decision. If you really want to lose weight, you probably have to stop eating fruit. There’s no other way to lose weight as quickly and efficiently, as dead animals only.
