You can get them at Costco or Sam’s Club. The average calorie count is 200-300 per package. You can eat 2 or 3 meals a day, and eat 2 packages per meal. The better way to use TV Dinners for weight loss, is to pitch the carbohydrate (noodles, rice, stuffing, pasta) and just eat the dead animal and vegetables in the packages. You can eat up to 4 packages per meal, and still lose weight eating 2 or 3 meals a day. You’ll feel better and be less hungry, without the carbohydrate too.
