Fine tuning the Dead Animal Diet

To fine tune your dead animal intake, you’re better off with fresh, never frozen, beef, lamb or fish. Poultry and pork contain less heatlhy fats, so they are second tier dead animal choices. But freezing changes the chemical composition of some animo acids, so you will probably do better and feel better eating dead animals that has never been frozen, if you want to go to the extra expense and bother. The Dead Animal Diet is half a pound, twice a day, or one pound, once a day. When it’s been studied, the best and most efficient medical weight loss happens on dead animals only. No vegies. Nothing else. You can go up to a pound and a half once a day, or three quarters of a pound twice a day, and still lose weight. But once you hit two pounds a day, weight loss tends to stop, because calories tend to go to stupid.
