The Cat Food Diet rules: Stock up on 3-4 ounce cans of water-pack tuna, salmon, chicken, turkey, shrimp, crab, lobster, clams, mussels, sardines in mustard. You must eat the same Cat Food all day for at least 2 days. You can switch every 2-4 days. Go as long as you can without eating. If you’re not hungry, don’t eat. When you absolutely, positively have to eat, eat 2 cans of your Cat Food of the day. See if that satisfies you. If you are satisfied, stop eating. If you are not satisfied, eat another 2 cans. Then repeat the process. Go as long as you can without eating, and when you absolutely positively have to eat, have 2 cans again. You can eat up to 8 cans of Cat Food a day. Season with yellow or Dijon mustard. Drink 2-4 bouillon cubes (chicken, beef, vegetable) a day to replace the sodium you are losing and to prevent muscle cramps. You may have up to 2 boxes of Jols a day – Forest Berry, Licorette, Mixed Fruit, Orange or Black Currant. Drink at least a gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid a day – as much of it as possible as green or black tea, hot or cold. Don’t eat anything else. You’ll lose 5-10 pounds a week. This is my favorite diet.
