If you are really serious about losing weight, bars, formula and cookies work best. These diets are a combination of structure, very low calories, and very low carbohydrates. You can do meals or hours. If you do meals, go as long as you can without eating. When you absolutely positively have to eat – have 2 bars or 2 formula or 2 cookies. Then repeat the process. Go as long as you can without eating, and when you absolutely, positively have to eat again, then have another 2 bars or 2 formula or 2 cookies. If you are eating bars, have just bars for at least 2 days before switching to formula or cookies. If you are eating cookies, have cookies for at least 2 days before switching to bars or formula. Etc. Formula should have 15 grams of protein and no more than 100 calories per serving. Bars and cookies should have 15 grams of protein and no more than 150 calories per serving. If you do hours, and I’m making up the times, you have 1-2 formula at 8am, 1-2 formula at 12pm, 1-2 formula at 4pm and 1-2 formula at 8pm. You already know which approach will work best for you.
