The best way to eat dead animal only, and lose weight

Most patients can lose 1-2 pounds a week, eating as much dead animal as they want, within reason, following these rules. Within reason, means you probably can’t eat more than 3 pounds of dead animal a day and lose weight. You’re better off eating 1-1.5 pounds a day, but some patients can lose on 2 pounds of dead animal a day. If you take your dead animal to 3 pounds a day, forget it. You probably won’t lose weight. You eat dead animal only. If it can’t walk, run, swim or fly – don’t put it in your mouth. The one exception is eggs. Eggs are okay, but if you eat more than 2 dozen eggs a day, you are in stupid-ville, and probably won’t lose weight. NO cheese, no nuts, no dairy products. If you can, eat mostly fish, poultry, shellfish and eggs. Your next choices are beef and lamb. Pork products come in third. You’ll do better, feel better and be far more satisfied – eating the fattiest cuts of meat you can tolerate, and putting 1-2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil on your dead animal. Fat slows down weight loss, because it contains more calories (fat has 9 calories per gram, protein and carbohydrate have 4 calories per gram). But fat allows you to follow a dead animal only diet, without cheating. The more fat you eat, the less hungry you will be, and the fewer cravings you will have.
