Once I can get you to stop freely feeding on a low carb diet, and preferably a low carb diet of dead animals only, until you can’t stand it – the next trick is to figure out what dead animals you can safely eat, and lose weight. If you find yourself eating a whole chicken with skin at a feeding, chicken may not be a good thing for you to eat. The same thing applies to steak, if a serving of steak is 2 pounds at a sitting. Ditto Double Quarter Pounders without the bun, if you eat 4 double burgers at a sitting. Fish and shellfish are 20-30 calories per ounce. Poultry is 40 calories per ounce. Lean beef is 50 calories per ounce. Fatty beef is 80 calories per ounce. At some point, calories count. Figure out what dead animals you can eat, without going out of control.
