Eat the same thing, 2 days in a row. Eat calorie controlled portions of just protein and fat. This is the best way I know to lose weight. Eat one large meal or two smaller meals a day. It makes no difference. It also doesn’t matter what time you eat. Your body handles calories exactly the same way, whether you eat them at 6am or at midnight. Let someone else do the cooking. Eat two 3 egg omelets with ham and cheese from IHOP. Or eat two Double Quarter Pounders with cheese (no bun) from McDonald’s. Or eat two large submarine sandwiches as salads (no bread) from Subway. Or eat 4 small chiles from Wendy’s. Drink at least a gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid every day. It doesn’t have to be water. It can be Diet Coke. You’ll lose about 5 pounds a week.
