The best way I know to help keep your carbohydrate cravings under control – is to make sure you drink 4 bouillon cubes in a quart (32 ounces) of water every day (beef, chicken or vegetable), and drink a quart of diet tonic water (diet quinine water) every day. If you hate bouillon cubes, drink a quart of miso soup from a Japanese restaurant. Kroger, Faygo, Canada Dry and Schwepp’s all make diet tonic water. Salt and quinine every day, really help to keep your sweet and starch cravings under control.
