terrific weight loss program, it doesn’t exist. The real weight loss program is the feel hungry, feel deprived, feel
lousy program. That’s how you lose weight. Water helps. Try to drink you weight in ounces of water every
day. Much of the time when you think you are hungry, you’re just thirsty. But stop looking for the feel good
diet. The feel lousy diet is the one that works.
