If you want to lose weight, limit your calories to 1000 or 1500 a day. Limit your carbohydrate intake to 10-20 grams per feeding. Limit your diet to about a pound (16 ounces) of dead animal a day. Cottage cheese and eggs count as dead animal. Fastest weight loss is on dead animal only. When you can’t do just dead animals any more, add 5% vegies (low carb vegetables, no more than 5% sugar), anything you like, except peas, potatoes or corn. Don’t add butter or oil to your vegies, as this can take your calories to stupid and stops weight loss. Don’t eat anything else. You’ll lose 3-5 pounds a week.
