If you’re not losing weight as quickly as you’d like to be losing, switch to a week of fish only. Season your fish with any dry seasoning. Gordon Food Service has lots of dry seasonings available. Steak seasoning is surprisingly good on salmon. Broil, bake, pan sear or grill your fish. You can eat up to 2 pounds of fish a day, though you certainly don’t need to eat anywhere near this much. Eat any vegetable you like, except no peas, potatoes or corn. No butter or oil on your vegetables. Drink a gallon (128 ounces) of water or non-caloric fluid a day. Have 4 bouillon cubes in water a day. Nothing else. You should lose 3-5 pounds a week.
