If you’re not losing weight as quickly as you would like, the bet is you’re eating too many carbohydrates. Te first thing to do, is to go on dead animals only for a week. Cottage cheese and eggs are dead animals, cheese and nuts are not. Stop all veggies, eat only beef, pork, lamb, poultry, fish and shellfish – and see if you start losing weight again. You should lose at least 3-4 pounds a week. If you’re still not losing weight, you have to decrease your calories more. Eat only fish, shellfish and poultry for a week, and you should be down 3-4 pounds. If you’re still not losing weight as quickly as you’d like, you have to decrease your calories even more. Go on Bars or Formula for a week, 2 Bars or 2 Formula, 2 or 3 times a day. Each bars should have at least 15 grams of protein and no more than 150 calories. Each serving of Formula should have at least 15 grams of protein and no more than 100 calories. You should be down at least 3-4 pounds a week.
