Most patients are overweight because of 3 foods. Figure out what your problems foods are, stop eating them for
a month, it’s usually good for a quick 10 pound weight loss. Everyone is different, but the dirty dozen, the most
common culprits are ice cream, bread, crackers, cake, cookies, pie, candy, potatoes, alcohol, nuts, potato chips,
pizza. I love the fact that if I can stop most patients from eating just 3 foods, they don’t have a weight problem.
I’m not taking you off pizza for the rest of your life. I’m just suggesting you lay off pizza for a month, and see what
happens to your weight. Most people eat the same foods almost every day. Overweight is a carbohydrate
problem. Figure out what your problem carbs are, stop them for a month, and you’ll lose weight.
