If you’re not losing weight on a low carb diet, and you’re not cheating, and you’re in ketosis – you’re eating too
many calories. Stop cheese and nuts and butter and oil and salad dressing – and you should start losing 2-4
pounds a week again. If you’re still not losing, you’re going to have to limit the amount of dead animule you’re
eating to 4 fist-sized portions a day. Make sure you are drinking at least a gallon (128 ounces) of water a day.
Calories do count, somewhat.
