Skip meals like crazy. If you’re not hungry, don’t eat. Go as long as you can without eating. It’s always easier to eat nothing than to eat a little. Eating a little is going to make you hungry. Push water and non-caloric fluid like a race horse. Drink at least a gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid every day. Try to drink your weight in ounces of non-caloric fluid if you can. The 2 worst carbs you can eat are alcohol and fruit, because they store twice as much fat. Your body makes twice as much alpha glyercol phosphate from alcohol and fruit, as it does from other carbohydrates. Alpha glycerol phosphate is what your body uses to make triglyceride or stored fat.
