If you absolutely, positively cannot follow a low carb diet

I hate this, but it works. If you absolutely, positively cannot follow a low carb diet, try eating just vegetables, every other day. EAt any vegetable you want, as much as you want, except peas, potatoes or corn. No butter or oil on your vegetables. Season your veggies with any dry seasoning, very low calorie salad dressing (less than 10 calories per tablespoon), soy sauce, mustard, Bragg’s, bouillon, etc. My favorite low carb diet is every other day low carb. One day you eat (relatively) unlimited protein and fat, the next day you eat unlimited vegetables (no peas, potatoes or corn). Calories average 1000-1500 a day, so weight loss is 4-5 pounds a week. If you eat anything you want, including carbs (within reason) on your non-diet day, and you eat just low carb vegetables on your veggie day, you’ll lose 3-4 pounds a week.
