Mindless weight loss is about structure and simple rules. You just can’t eat as much protein and fat as you want, or low fat protein, and expect to lose weight. Calories count somewhat. Limiting fat storage is important, which is why you limit carbohydrates. But you just can’t freely feed on dead animules and expect to lose weight. Eating fish and shellfish (20-30 calories an ounce) works better for weight loss than eating red meat (60-80 calories an ounce) . Butter and oil (100 calories an ounce) can take your calories to stupid and also stop weight loss. My favorite mindless way to lose weight is a 2 pound – Walk, Swim or Fly. If it can’t Walk, Swim or Fly – don’t put it in your mouth. Keep your dead animule intake under 2 pounds a day, and you’ll lose weight.
