The keys to controlling your carbohydrate cravings are your carbohydrate intake, hydration, salt and fat. The first thing to do to eliminate carbohydrate cravings, is to stop eating any significant amount of carbohydrate. Limit your diet to just dead animules and eggs and cottage cheese. After 2-3 days, if you are still craving carbohydrates, make sure that you are drinking at least a gallon (128 ounces) of water or non-caloric fluid a day. After 2-3 days, if you are still craving carbohydrates, make sure that you are drinking 2-4 bouillon cubes (chicken, beef or vegetable) in water a day. After 2-3 days, if you are still craving carbohydrates, decrease you protein intake and increase your omega3 fat intake. Cut your protein portions in half, and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to each protein meal.
