Low carb high calorie disasters

Low carb high calorie disasters

Low carb high calorie food is disasterous on a diet. You can’t eat ribs prime rib and cheese and nuts and butter and real salad dressing and expect to lose weight. At some point, calories count. The problem is that it’s a secret, at exactly what point calories start to count, but they do. In one study, patients lost twice as much weight, and twice as fast on 1500 calories of protein and fat, compared to 1500 calories of carbohydrate. The problem is, as you increase your calories, you will slow down your weight loss – and at some point, you will stop losing entirely. This is the reason I say to keep you calories under 1500 a day (under 1000 a day is better) if you want to lose weight.
