Lose your carbohydrate cravings in 3 days – limit your carb intake to 5-10 grams per feeding

If you can control your cravings, you can lose weight on my Fast Food Diet. The good news is that most of your
out of control sweet and starch cravings will significantly decrease after 3 days on the program. Half of losing
weight is a decision, and that decision is much easier to make when your cravings are under control. After 3 days
on my Fast Food Diet, or on Run, Walk, Swim or Fly – your carbohydrate cravings will significantly decrease
because your insulin level will decrease. Insulin is the hormone that makes your body story fat, and also increases
carbohydrate cravings. Diabetics accumulate fat in the area they inject insulin. When they inject in their thighs,
they get fat thighs. By eliminating carbohydrates for 3 days, you deplete your liver glycogen supply, which
decreases your circulating insulin level. In English, after 3 days of limiting carbohydrate intake to 5-10 grams per
feeding, your carbohydrate cravings will be under control.
