How to eat 2000 calories a day – and still lose weight

The neat thing about my Fast Food Diet, is that even though the calories can go up to 2000 some days, you’ll still
lose weight, as long as you don’t cheat. If you eat 4 Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese (NO buns!) one day,
you’re eating about 2000 calories. Figure 200 calories for each hamburger and 50 calories for each slice of
cheese, times 8, and that’s 2000 calories. You’ll still lose weight on 2000 calories a day (if you don’t cheat!), but
you’ll lose weight a lot faster if you can keep your calories down to about 1500. 1500 calories is 3 Double
Quarter Pounders with Cheese a day, figuring 200 calories for each burger and 50 calories for each slice of
cheese, times 6 which is 1500 calories. I’m not worried about your 2000 calorie days because most patients who
eat 4 Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese one day, are far less hungry the next day, so they eat less. You can
even go a day (or two or three) in perfect health on this diet without eating. Just make sure you always drink at
least a gallon or water or non-caloric fluid (Diet Coke) every day.
