Lose weight at McDonald’s – eating 4 Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese a day

My Fast Food Diet is my easiest diet to follow. You can lose 3-5 pounds every week eating at McDonald’s. Try
to keep your total calories under 1500 a day, but don’t make yourself too crazy about this number. My favorite
way to do my Fast Food Diet at McDonald’s is to have up to 3 or 4 Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese
each day. You can have the cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup and mustard, but tell them give you your double
cheeseburgers without the buns. You will get your cheeseburgers in nice black plastic bowls. They’ll add a little
lettuce if you ask too. Or have up to 3 or 4 Angus Bacon & Cheese or Angus Deluxe or Angus Mushroom &
Swiss each day, once again in bowls, no buns. Or have up to 5 or 6 Big N Tasty or Big N Tasty with Cheese
each day, in bowls without buns. Or have up to 5 or 6 Grilled Chicken Sandwiches or Grilled Chicken Clubs or
Grilled Chicken Ranch BLTs each day, in bowls without buns. Pick one sandwich (no bun!), and stick to it each
day. You can have a different sandwich the next day. Unlimited Diet Coke. Nothing else. Remember to drink
your weight in ounces of water ever day. (See my Run, Walk, Swim or Fly Program.) No cheating. I repeat,
absolutely no cheating. You won’t be hungry. You’ll do fine. Interestingly enough, you’ll feel better and lose
weight faster on burgers instead of salads, as burgers have more fat, which makes you feel fuller and stops
cheating by decreasing your sweet and starch cravings.
