My favorite weight loss diet, and the easiest way for most people to lose weight eating real food, is my Fast
Food Diet. Go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s or Arby’s or Burger King or Subway. You can eat up to 6 quarter
pound hamburgers a day, or up to 6 grilled chicken patties, or up to 6 grilled chicken salads with diet dressing
(no croutons), or up to 6 Arby’s regular roast beef sandwiches, or up to 6 small chiles. You can combine any of
the permitted fast foods you like on the list. Just don’t eat more than 6 servings of whatever you like a day. (A
double hamburger counts as 2 servings.) You can have your hamburgers or chicken or roast beef with cheese
and any condiments you like. But, most important – NO bun, no fries, no shakes, nothing else – and all the Diet
Coke, Diet Pepsi and water you can drink. Absolutely nothing else and absolutely no cheating. The diet is a
1500 calorie version of my Run, Walk, Swim or Fly program – and is the most effective and easy to follow quick
weight loss program I have created. Average weight loss is 3-5 pounds every week. Try it, you’ll like it, and lose
