Increase the right kind of fat – to speed up weight loss and decrease cravings

Give yourself one week, take the right kind of fat calories to stupid, don’t eat any (5-10 grams per feeding) carbohydrate – and see what happens to your hunger, your cravings and your wasteline. Make a 4 egg omelet with 1/3 stick of butter or 1/4 cup of olive oil. Add 1/4 cup olive oil to steaks, hamburger and salmon before grilling. Your best fat is olive oil. Your second best fat is butter. The best dead animal fat is in ruminants (animals that chew their cud) – beef, lamb and veal – and in salmon. Take it easy on pork and chicken, their animal fat is not ideal. Don’t add fat to vegetables, as it’s way too easy to take your calories to stupid, buttering spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. But adding olive oil or butter to dead animals works, as the calories are generally self-limited. By decreasing your protein and increasing your fat intake, and keeping your calories around 1500, you should lose 3-5 pounds a week. You’ll be surprised how easy it is.
