Prepackaged diet food (bars, formula, cookies, wafers, jello, soup, chips, oatmeal, etc.) generally has 15 grams of protein and 80-150 calories per package. Most diet food boxes contain 7 packages of cookies or whatever, so there’s 105 grams of protein and 700 or so calories. One of the easiest ways to lose weight, is to allow yourself up to 8 servings a day of whatever diet food you like. This gives you up to 120 grams of protein and about 800 calories, which is good for losing about half a pound a day. Go as long as you can without eating. When you absolutely, positively have to eat, have 2, 3 or 4 packages of diet food. Do this 2 or 3 times a day.
