Protein based diet foods are available in lots of options. If you can’t find something you like at Costco or Sam’s Club, lots of high protein, low calorie diet foods are available on the internet. For example, walking into my lobby, I see – chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, strawberry pudding, strawberry banana smoothies, mango smoothies, raspberry lemon smoothies, mocha smoothies, chocolate drinks, vanilla drinks, strawberry drinks, Jellos, fruit drinks, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, peanut butter cookies, chocolate wafers, vanilla wafers, mocha wafters, candy bars, oatmeals, barbecue potato chips, sour cream & onion potato chips. For liquids – at least 15 grams of protein per serving, and no more than about 100 calories. For bars and cookies and everything else – at least 15 grams of protein per serving, and no more than about 150 calories.
