High carb breakfast triggers feeding frenzy

There’s no magic to eating breakfast. You’ll probably do better, if you go as long as you can every day, before you eat anything. If you’re not hungry until 9pm, that’s your first meal of the day. When you do finally eat, you’ll also do better if your first meal is mostly protein and fat, not a carbohydrate fest. The worst thing you can do, is start your day eating orange juice and cereal and toast, or start your day eating a sandwich and potato chips and a candy bar, or start your day eating a plate ot spaghetti and garlic bread and ice cream. Eating carbohydrates without protein and fat, can send you into feeding frenzy for the rest of the day. Always go as long as you can, without eating anything. When you do finally eat, make your first meal mostly protein and fat. If it’s breafast time and you’re hungry, have an omelet with veggies, dead animule and cheese. If it’s lunch time and you’re hungry, have a couple of cheeseburgers or coney islands, without the buns. If it’s dinner time and you’re hungry, have some dead aminal and veggies.
