TV Dinners can make weight loss easy, and you can lose weight even faster if you pitch the carbs. Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, Healthy Steamers, Lean Pockets, and even old fashioned Stouffer’s, Marie Callendar’s and Swanson’s TV Dinners can be a great way to lose weight. The advantage of these micro-wave ready frozen meals is that you know exactly how many calories you are getting. And because (usually) at least half to calories are from potatoes or rice or pasta or spaghetti or stuffing or dressing or noodles, you can (usually) eat 2-3 of these dinners if you pitch the carbs, and still have your total calorie intake between 500 and 800 calories, for a relatively pig-sized portion of food. Eat 2-3 (pitch the carb) TV Dinner meals, twice a day, and lose 3-5 pounds a week.
