every day can help. Eating the same thing every day can help too. Imagery can help cravings. For example, if you
are craving chocolate, close your eyes and imagine yourself taking a bite of a chocolate bar, and then imagine
yourself spitting it out and throwing up, because the chocolate bar is full of maggots. Repeat this imagery 4 times
a day for 4 days, and your chocolate cravings will disappear. Sleep is critical. Make sure you are getting enough
sleep or you will not be able to control your carbohydrate cravings and you’ll self medicate with food.
