In order to lose weight, you have to cut down on both calories and carbohydrates. You’ll lose weight twice as
fast on 1500 calories of just protein and fat, compared to a balanced diet of 1500 calories of protein, fat and
carbohydrate. If you want to be crazy about it, to maximize your weight loss, limit your carbohydrate intake to no
more than 8 grams per feeding. 8 grams of carbohydrate is the amount of carbohydrate in a cup of non-starchy
(5%) vegetables. The good news is that this is very simple to do. A diet of just dead animules is the fastest and
easiest way for many patients to lose weight. As near as makes no difference, there’s no carbohydrate in animal
protein, and as long as you limit your total dead animal calories to no more than about 1500 a day, you’ll lose
weight. This is 3 or 4 servings of protein, about the size of your fist. Remember, a fist-size serving of protein (fish,
poultry or red meat) contains about 400 calories. The problem is, many patients feel better and do better by
adding Veggies, and as long as you don’t butter or oil to your Veggies, and stay away from peas, potatoes and
corn – adding Veggies to a dead animal diet usually doesn’t significantly slow down your weight loss.
