Guidelines for Formula, Bar and Cookie Diets

Formula Diets, Bar Diets, and Cookie Diets work because they limit calories and carbohydrates. Formula should have at least 15 grams of protein per serving, and no more than 100 calories per serving. Don’t worry about carbohydrate content, because if Formula falls within the protein and calorie guidlines, carbohydrate content will be okay. Bars and Cookes should have at least 15 grams of protein per serving, and no more than 150 calories per serving. Once again, don’t worry about carbohydrate content, because if the Bars or Cookies fall within the protein and calorie guidlines, the carbohydrate content will be okay. Eat 2 Formula or 2 Bars or 2 Cookies, 2-4 times a day. Drink 2 cups of tea, coffee, or diet soda with each feeding. Average weight loss is 5-10 pounds per week.
