Structured, dead animal only, high fat diets work best. Take 3 days, and eat 1-2 one-pound ribeye steaks each day, the fattiest ribeye steaks you can get your hands on. Or eat 1-2 pounds of Kosher hot dogs each day, with the highest fat content you can find. Or eat up to 8 ounces of canned tuna, twice a day, each 8 ounce portion of tuna swimming in 2-4 tablespoons of olive oil. Or eat 1-2 pounds of the fattiest hamburger you can find. Or eat 1-2 dozen eggs each day, each egg swimming in 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Drink at least a gallon (128 ounces) of water or non-caloric beverages (coffee, tea, iced coffee, iced tea, diet pop, seltzer, etc.) every day. Drink 2-4 bouillon cubes in water every day, to replace the sodium you will be losing to prevent muscle cramps. Increasing fat decreases hunger and prevents carbohydrate cravings, if you don’t eat too much protein.
