Fast Food Diet tips – to make you feel better, do better and lose faster

When you are on my Fast Food Diet, the most important thing to remember is you absolutely cannot cheat. If
you cheat on a 200 calorie bag of fries or a small Coke, it’s possible that you’ll lose no weight all week. The Fast
Food Diet works if you do. You won’t be hungry. You shouldn’t have any cravings for sweets or starches,
because of the unlimited Diet Coke, and the fact that the diet is relatively high in fat. You will feel full. The hardest
thing to do is to figure out if you feel best eating once, twice, three times or six times a day. Some patients feel
better and do better eating one meal a day. Some patients feel better and do better eating six meals a day. You
also need to figure out if you do better and feel better, eating early or late. I eat once a day, usually around 9pm.
I’m not hungry before then, so I don’t eat. If you are not hungry, don’t eat. If you are hungry, go ahead and eat. I
love the fact that patients generally feel better, do better, and lose more weight – eating burgers instead of salads.
