A truly amazing thing about my Fast Food Diet is how much food you can eat and consistently lose weight, as
long as you absolutely do not cheat. At McDonald’s for example, you can have up to 4 Double Quarter Pounds
with Cheese a day (NO buns) or up to 4 Big Macs (NO buns) a day, or up to 8 Big N Tastys (NO buns) a day,
or up to 6 Angus Sandwiches (NO buns) a day, or up to 8 Grilled Chicken Sandwiches (NO buns) a day. Make
sure you drink at least a gallon (128 ounces) of water of non-caloric fluid (Diet Coke is fine) every day too.
Most pateints lose 3-5 pounds every week on this program, as long as they absolutely do not cheat. The diet is
low in both calories (about 1500) and carbohydrates (about 20), and relatively high in fat, so there’s high satiety
and low cravings.
