All meat diets are easier to follow, simply because you tend to do less damage eating only dead animules, as long
as you keep your calories under control – or at least down to a dull roar. The easiest (and my favorite) all meat
diet is just Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese (no bun). One Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese (no bun)
has 500 calories. Each burger contains 200 calories and each slice of cheese contains 50 calories. If you are
monster hungry, start on 4 Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese (no bun) a day – that’s 2000 calories. The
next day eat 3 Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese (no bun) – that’s 1500 calories. The next day eat 2
Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese (no bun) – that’s 1000 calories. The next day try eating just 1 Double
Quarter Pounder with Cheese (no bun) – that’s 500 calories, and eat a second Double Quarter Pounder with
Cheese (no bun) only if you are hungry. It doesn’t matter if you eat once, twice or fourteen times a day. Some
patients do better eating just once a day. I certainly do. Other patients do better with three or four smaller
feedings. You already know how many times a day you should eat. Just do it.
