May 10 is the start of my Big Breakfast Study. I’m feeidng 45 patients my Big Breakfast of 500-1000 protein
and fat calories (without carbohydrate) every day for a month. My expectation is that everyone in the program
will be down 10-30 pounds in the month, without dieting. Big Breakfast works by increasing your hormone levels
of glp1 and leptin, and decreasing ghrelin. The net effect is that the patients will be much less hungry at night, and
lose their evening sweet and starch cravings.
